4. Are you a factory or a trading company?

10. What is the minimum order quantity? Can I buy just one unit?
Yes, we support a minimum order quantity of 1 unit. Whether it’s a sample order or a small batch purchase, you are welcome. For first-time customers, we recommend purchasing 1-2 units for trial use. Once you confirm the quality and performance, you can scale up your orders.
11. Will Hightop exhibit in my country? I would like to see the equipment in person.
Yes, Hightop actively participates in global trade shows. In 2026, we will attend CONEXPO (USA), SMOPYC (Spain), Diesel Dirt & Turf Expo (Australia), National Heavy Equipment Show (Canada), SaMoTer (Italy), and CTT EXPO (Russia). You are welcome to visit our booth, inspect the equipment on-site, and speak directly with our technical team.
12. We are located overseas. How does after-sales service work? Are spare parts easy to get?
We have established multiple overseas warehouses worldwide: 2 in the United States, 1 in Germany, 1 in the United Kingdom, 2 in Spain, 2 in Poland, and 1 in Saudi Arabia. This means common spare parts can be shipped quickly from local warehouses, minimizing your downtime.
